3. Sprocket hole: taper hole or bearing hole

4. Sprocket Material: Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, POM, PA66, Nylon, Aluminum, Copper, Brass etc.

5. Sprocket Heat Treatment: Hardening and Tempering, High Frequency Quenching, Carburizing Quenching

6. Sprocket Surface Treatment: Galvanizing/Zinc Plating, chrome plated, Black oxide Treatment.

7. OND sprocket features:

Sprocket teeth with hardened and flat surface;

The sprocket surface is smooth, without burrs and cracks;

Fine machining for the hole, keyway and set screw etc;

Stable operation, works well with the chain.

8. Sprocket Processing:Raw material-sawing into parts-CNC lathe blank-hobbing teeth-high frequency-keyway and set screw-cleaning-check size-package and delivery.
